Previous Article:  Building the Unsubscribe Template

In order to leverage the information that was gathered from the previous assessment we created it is important to add a couple fields so that they can be mapped to the Contact object.

1. The first field, assuming that you do not already have it, which you very well may, is A field checkbox field on the contact object that holds the information of whether or not that contact wishes to receive your Email Newsletter.

2. Navigate to the Contact object through setup where you will add a custom checkbox field and click Save.

3. The second field you should add is a custom number field titled something along the lines of unsubscribe, with no default value, and click Save.

4. Now that those fields have been added we have the ability to set field mapping from the assessment template to the Contact object which will allow for us to set up the workflow rules to leverage the information gathered by the assessment.
