In order to leverage the information that was gathered from the assessment we created, it is important to add several fields to the Contact object so you are able to field map information from the assessment to the object.

Navigate to the Object Manager through the Setup icon.

You will then select the Contact object and click the Fields & Relationships tab.

Next, you will click New and add a checkbox field with an appropriate name as well as provide this field with a Default Value and click Save.

You will also need to add a number field to the Contact object. To do this you will click New and select Number. Once you have provided this field with a name you will leave the Default Value Blank and click Save.

Now that the appropriate fields have been added we have the ability to configure field mapping from the assessment template to the Contact object. This will allow for us to set up the workflow rules to leverage the information gathered by the assessment.
