Now that we have successfully created a Customer Service Survey, a new Case Type, a public assessment URL, and an email template with that URL embedded in it we are going to configure ExAM so that when a customer service case is closed it will send out that email template.

1. First, you will navigate to ExAM Configuration screen, then you will scroll down until you see the Section “Case Close Survey Configuration”.

2. Here you will click on Edit Configuration and you will click on the “+” symbol to add a new configuration.

3. Now click on each picklist and enter the desired configuration based on your needs and click Save.

4.Now that you have clicked save you have successfully configured exam to send out an email to the contact that was on the case record when the case is closed.
