In to be able to generate a public assessment link that will create a new assessable object and create a new assignment manager each time it is submitted, first we must make sure that the required fields are mapped to the assessable object.

1. First, navigate to ExAM Configuration and scroll down till you see the field mapping configuration section and click on Configure Field Mapping.

2. Here you can choose the assessable object you wish to use and you will select the customer service template. Then you click the “+” symbol which will allow you to map the question answers or scores to fields that exist on your assessable object. When you have finished mapping your field you will click Save.

3. At this point, you will have configured field mapping from your survey to your assessable object.
