Creating an Assessment Group via Assessment Development Wizard

Selecting the Group Manager tab within the Assessment Development Wizard allows you to create multiple assignment managers for multiple assessable objects, combining them into an assessment group. For example, let’s say that you have 100 account records and you want to connect a survey to all 100 of them using a single assessment template. You can use an assessment group to create assignment managers in bulk, and also add assessable records to the group using this screen.

Select an object for the group from the Object for Group drop-down menu. This drop-down displays a list of all of the assessable objects that you have configured using the ExAM Configuration screen. If you have not configured any assessable objects you will only see account as an option on this list because ExAM has established it as an assessable object by default.

Enter a name for the assessment group, and then click Save.

The system confirms that the assessment group has been created.

In the Manage Assessment Group section, you will want to select the group that you had just made.

You will then click on the All button under the Add Records to the Assessment Group section. This will display the records that are currently under the Contacts tab. It is important to remember that you must have Contacts saved in your Org if you want records to be displayed here.

After you have clicked the All button the display will look like what is below. Here you will check the boxes of the records you would like to be included in this group and then click the Select Records button at the bottom of the pop-up window.

It is important that after that window disappears that you click the Save selected records to Assessment Group button at the bottom of this page.
