  • Access to Existing Training Documents?
    If you do keep them near by. Make sure to ask around for some images from the documents. If you do not. No worries. You can build them from scratch using something like ChatGPT, for more info check out our training guide here.
  • Are your Badges made?

FAQ

ExAM Achieve has not reached the limit of number of catalogs or units but we would recommend keeping it under 10k units. 

ExAM Achieve has no limits on the number of apps you can create. However, Salesforce does depending on the license type you have. As per the Salesforce website If you have Professional (255 custom apps), Enterprise (260 custom apps), Unlimited and Performance have no known custom app limits as of May 2025.

For sure, we have done this before and it may require a different licensing model.

As long as they are associated with the same org you can move them around as much as you want!

The short answer is no. We can show you how to though! We have created an extensive collection of how to guides within and outside of the product it's self. Please let us know if you are having issues accessing these guides. 

It can but it doesn't work out of the box on mobile. You have to make sure your Salesforce is configured properly first. Reach out to learn how. 

We do however that will depend on multiple factors. The first-factor being are you an MB&A customer already? The second-factor being the number of user bulk discounts typically start at over 100 users. 

ExAM Achieve is named that way because it leverages parts of our proprietary Access Anything technology built into the ExAM platform. This is used to build Units and enable them to be presented dynamically. On your order form you will see two line items for ExAM4Enterprise (limited use) and ExAM Achieve both of these licenses will be required for individuals to gain full access to all of your ExAM Achieve capabilities. Trials are usually limited to 30-60 days depending on the type.
